Neat by Nature Refund Policy
At Neat by Nature, we pride ourselves on providing professional, reliable cleaning services to every client. To ensure fairness and transparency, the following Refund Policy applies to all bookings.
1. Booking Deposits

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your cleaning appointment.

This deposit will be applied toward the final balance due on the day of service.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled service will not be charged beyond the deposit.

Appointments canceled within 48 hours of service may be subject to an additional cancellation fee.

Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability.
3. Refunds for Services Rendered

Because cleaning services are customized to each home, completed services are non-refundable.

If you are unsatisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours. We will offer a touch-up or correction at no additional cost, whenever possible.
4. Add-Ons & Special Services

Add-ons (such as oven, fridge, or window cleaning) are billed separately.

Refunds are not available once these services are completed, but quality concerns will be addressed promptly.
5. Force Majeure
In the event of severe weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control, Neat by Nature reserves the right to reschedule services. Deposits will be transferred to the new appointment.
